Privacy statement

Pulse is the workshop platform of AP Studios (Belgium). AP Studios is the controller for the data you share through Pulse.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address as a participant.
  • Your answers to the preparation questions (prework).
  • Your contributions, votes and scores during the live workshop.
  • Context about the organization and the workshop provided by the facilitator, such as documents, notes and website content.

Why we use it

We use this data to prepare and facilitate the workshop and to produce its results.

AI processing

Answers and contributions are processed with AI through OpenAI (our processor) to prepare and facilitate the workshop. AI contributions in a session are always marked as AI.

Sharing and publication

Results are only published by the facilitator, as an approved summary. Raw prework answers and participant names are not part of published results.

Retention

Workshop data is deleted no later than 3 months after the session ends. On request we delete your data earlier; use the contact address on this page.

You can request access to, correction of, and erasure of your data. Email us at: info@ap-studios.be

We work with OpenAI (AI processing), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (data storage).
