Pulse workflow

From plan to publication in three steps

    Plan your workshop

    Say what the workshop needs to deliver. Pulse recommends one of three templates — AI Opportunity Discovery, Problem Solving Sprint or Strategy to Action — and builds a plan you can fully adapt.

  2. 02

    Collect prework

    Invite each participant personally by email. Everyone works through their own secure link and adds input before the session starts.

  3. 03

    Facilitate and publish

    Run the live session through the four phases of the double diamond, with up to three AI participants you direct. Publish approved results as a shareable page and PDF.
